Rooted in the science of human factors and shaped by lived experience, our curriculum transforms life-saving insights from the flight deck into practical, emotionally resonant education for drivers, instructors, schools, and fleets.</p>

<p>C² Human Factors delivers expert safety education that transforms how people think and act in high-stakes environments. Based in Chinnor, England, we design tailored programs for roads and schools that strengthen decision-making, reduce risk, and build lasting cultures of safety. Our work empowers individuals and communities to stay resilient, think clearly, and protect what matters most. </p>

About the Founder - Captain Zoe Cameron-Casey

(Founder & CEO, C² Human Factors Ltd.)

Zoe Cameron-Casey has been a commercial airline pilot since 2007, flying long-haul for a major UK airline, and is a qualified Human Factors instructor. With over 18 years of experience in the cockpit, Zoe has trained pilots and cabin crew in safety, decision-making, and resilience — expertise she now brings to C² Human Factors.

Her mission is simple: to take the life-saving lessons of Human Factors science and apply them beyond aviation — helping drivers, students, and professionals to think like a pilot: safer, calmer, and more resilient.

Zoe is passionate about making aviation accessible and inspiring young people, especially girls, to pursue STEM careers. She is the author of the children’s book Ada and Emily Take to the Skies!, which encourages curiosity, courage, and big dreams.

Through C² Human Factors, Zoe combines her flying expertise and safety training with a passion for education and wellbeing. Whether it’s teaching young drivers to manage risk, supporting schools with resilience workshops, or helping professionals apply aviation safety culture to their work, Zoe’s vision is to make Human Factors part of everyday life.
