C² Human Factors was founded by airline captain and Human Factors instructor Zoe Cameron-Casey, who has spent over 18 years operating and teaching in high-stakes aviation environments.

Her work focuses on decision-making under pressure, error recovery, and cognitive resilience - expertise she now applies beyond aviation to help others think and act more safely in everyday life.
