Human Factors SCHOOLS™
A Future Project – Aviation-Grade Thinking™ for the Next Generation
We’re excited to share our long-term vision. While our immediate focus is on Human Factors DRIVE™, we’re also developing Human Factors SCHOOLS™ as part of our future projects.
Aviation has spent decades turning mistakes into teachable moments through Human Factors science. With Human Factors SCHOOLS™, we’re bringing the same evidence-based skills into classrooms to help students thrive in school, in life, and beyond.
Our interactive sessions help young people:
- Stay calm in stressful moments (exams, performances, playground conflicts).
 - Recognise emotions as signals, not steering wheels.
 - Build teamwork, communication, and leadership skills.
 - Develop resilience that lasts long after school.

This programme is currently in development.

Why?
We believe young minds deserve the same clarity, resilience, and safety culture that protects lives in aviation. Human Factors SCHOOLS™ exists to equip students with the cognitive tools to think clearly under pressure, recover from error, and make safer choices—on the road, in the classroom, and in life.
How?
We adapt aviation-grade thinking™ for school-aged learners from Key Stage 2 to Key Stage 5, using age-appropriate, relevant, and engaging activity-based learning. Through real-world case studies, interactive exercises, and emotionally resonant storytelling, we help students build decision-making skills that last a lifetime.
When?
Human Factors SCHOOLS™ brings the mindset of a pilot into the classroom. Designed for educators and young drivers, this program builds cognitive resilience, emotional awareness, and decision-making skills that last a lifetime. Through real-world case studies and aviation-inspired tools, we help students think clearly under pressure, recover from error, and take ownership of their safety—on the road and beyond.
